Weather
October is one
of the best months to visit Chandigarh as the weather is pleasant during this time of
year. The maximum daytime temperature is around 250C. Late evenings and early
mornings can be a little cold around the beginning of October with the minimum temperature
being around 150C.

hiring the taxis from several locations around the city. The vehicles are new, air

How to reach
Chandigarh
Chandigarh is 250 km north
of New Delhi and is connected by air, rail and bus. It is conveniently reached by train or
road from New Delhi. There are two Shatabadi Express trains from New Delhi to Chandigarh
at 7.30 & 17.15 hours. There are daily flights of Jet Airways, Indian Airlines and
Kingfisher Airlines from Delhi and Mumbai.
